Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or promotional periods.
Estimated delivery in 8–15 business days.
For deliveries to South Africa: Estimated delivery is 15–25 business days due to international transit and customs processing. Tracking is provided.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
